Biography
Jeanette has 10 years of direct land administrative experience working in all aspects of the energy industry and has corporate accountability for the coordination of all land administration activities on numerous major pipeline projects throughout western Canada. She has extensive experience with the procedural requirements under the NEB, ERCB/AUC and the OCG. In addition, Jeanette has established strong working relationships with provincial Crown representatives, Forestry Management, disposition holders and has a strong working knowledge of the policies and procedures of Alberta, B.C. and Yukon Land Title Registry offices. Jeanette provides significant administrative leadership and knowledge on many of HMA's major projects including the Keystone XL Project and all other TransCanada capital expansion initiatives.
Jeanette has vast experience in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and the Yukon in all aspect of land including, Crown and freehold acquisitions, third party crossing and encroachment programs, registrations of land agreements, preparation and administration of right-of-entry (ROE) applications, damage settlement reviews and budgeting exercises.
Professional Experience
Jeanette is a graduate of the SAIT - Petroleum Land Administration Certificate (Honors Program) and has strong computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and various Land Records Data Base Systems. Jeanette is dedicated to giving HMA clients her utmost attention to detail and service.
