Biography:
Dan has been an active rights-of-way professional for more than 22 years, and is a respected member of the energy industry. Prior to the inception of HMA, Dan spent 10 years at NOVA Gas Transmission managing the development and implementation of land and community-related programs for major energy initia- tives. In 1996, Dan joined Alliance Pipeline Ltd. as the Manager of Lands and Rights-of-Way where he had responsibility for all aspects of the lands and rights-of-way programs in Canada and the United States. Dan has extensive knowledge and a solid foundation in land management, earning him a reputation as an industry leader.
Dan attended Gonzaga University and graduated from University of Calgary. He is a member of the International Right of Way Association, is a past Chapter and Region Executive and a past recipient of the Frank C. Balfour Professional of the Year Award.
