Land Acquisitions

HMA Land Services will develop a sound approach to land acquisition following a four-step process:

1. Development of the site selection process aligning with the goals and strategies of the overall project. Factors to be considered may include proximity to fuel supply, interconnection costs, and access for construction and operations personnel and environmental conditions.
2. Development of a land acquisition strategy reviewing patterns of dealings and market conditions in the areas considered
3. Acquisition of options on selected sites
4. Acquisition of the preferred site
