The experience that our Land Agents bring means that they are able to clearly explain all aspects of a project on behalf of their clients and are able to communicate and earn the trust of landowners. Additionally, because they've developed relationships with landowners over the years, they're able to strategically advise clients in the early stages of project development, before consultation has even begun.
Our senior Land Agents can help a company not only achieve project success, but build positive lasting relationships.
The experience of our more senior Land Agents is also a reason more inexperienced and graduating Agents choose to join our team. Complemented by sound processes and procedures built by HMA, newer Land Agents can develop excellent working experience qualities to achieve success.
Our Agents
At HMA, each of our experienced Agents have experience in:
- Major Pipeline and/or Electric Transmission Projects
- Landowner consultation, survey consents, non-objections, right-of-way and site acquisition, construction attendance and damage settlements
- Exploration and Production (surface acquisitions such as valve sites, well sites, turbine locations and access roads)
- Rent Reviews
- Public Consultation and Awareness Programs
- Preparing documentation to withstand scrutiny for Surface Rights Board or Arbitration Committee Hearings
All of our Agents have up to date certification in Standard First Aid, Defensive Driving, various Association memberships and follow HMA's Safety Procedures.
