Project Land Manager
The successful candidate for this full-time permanent position will have experience in the oil and gas or pipeline sector with proven skills in managing a team while working closely with client representatives. Committed to customer service, the applicant will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have outstanding organizational abilities. Experience in NEB regulated pipeline facilities or provincially (BC, AB and SK) regulated oil and gas development is a key asset.

Senior Land Administrator
This full-time permanent position will involve working closely with our management team to co-ordinate projects and maintain client relationships. A key responsibility will be the training and mentoring of junior administrators to the varied procedures associated with surface land administration and its regulatory processes.  The successful candidate will have 3-5 years practical experience and excellent communication skills. Ideally, they will have had some supervisory or management experience and be able to multi-task in a busy environment.

Junior/Intermediate Land Administrator
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of surface land.  This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.  Good customer service skills and a strong desire for professional growth are qualities that we are looking for in this candidate.  While graduation from an accredited Land Program is an asset, it is not required.

Surface Landman
Ideally you have 2-3 years experience working in land acquisition or project notification.  You are a strong negotiator and possess excellent communication and problem solving skills.  Minimum requirements include a valid Interim or Land Agent's License, a driver's license and a reliable vehicle.  We will also consider those candidates with modest experience but a strong desire to learn.
